An update...from me? You mean I had the time and motivation to draw? Holy hell! I guess moving is proving to be an even better turn of events than originally though.

Did this for my friend =cypherx's "Best Friends" contest. Looking at the other entries, the odds I'll win are prettymuch nill, but hey, I had fun and hopefully she gets a kick out of it too. :)

Also enjoyed using more than just pencil (it's been a while).

Listened to Poe, Emily Autumn, Lacuna Coil, and Within Temptation while drawing this. #2 pencils, stolen hotel pens, sharpie markers, and a red prismacolor.

ps: This is either the world's luckiest dang guinea pig or the least lucky. You decide.

so...many...tiny tiny wrist movements with various pressures and angles and having to use a pen that doesn't glob or stutter. gah.
